Comfortable

It was very noisy and didn't have any usb charging points

Clean room, comfy beds, good continental breakfast. Easy to park, easy check in and pleasant staff.

Carpet needed ann upgrade and the walls a lick of paint but this did not spoil our stay as the rooms were clean and well appointed.

The free tea facility in the foyer.

There was only one flat pillow on the single bed. There was no direction signs in grange park for the hotel.

Food was good and very friendly staff! Would stop here again.

Carpet in bedroom felt very worn, and bed mattress wasn't too comfortable.

The heating was noisy had to turn it off to sleep

Staff were all lovely. The cooked "pick-n-mix" breakfast filled me up: YUM! Free parking? that's all good. No pants in the kettle - lovely stuff.

"Air-con" more con than air, ended up turning it off as it was too loud and didn't want to go cooler than 19c

It was in a good location for my requirements and it was very comfortable.

There was a rip in the bed sheet. Would have been better if hairdryer was in the room, too late to ask once hair wet. Needed more coffee & milk for 2 occupants

The room was great and the staff helpful. Room cleaned every day.

The smell of weed along the corridor every day. The staff behind the counter took no notice of what was going on around them. I.e. drugs

The only thing that I was satisfied with, was the evening meal.

Breakfast was mostly cold and dried up. Not enough staff at reception. One person running reception and the bar when I arrived. Waited about 15 minutes to book in with nobody in front of me. Blood stains on the duvet cover. No number for emergency use or to contact the front desk. Shower head fell apart and no maintenance staff to repair or replace it, did it myself while two members of staff stood and watched. Fire alarm set off at 3.06 in the morning followed by a lot of noise for the next couple of hours. No competent person on reception at 6.00am the same morning when I wanted to leave early due to the noise, so therefore not able to obtain a receipt for the items that I had charged to my room. Returned to my room on one occasion and found soapy water and some hairs in the sink. No hand towels and despite leaving the bath towel hanging up to denote that I was happy to use it again, it was still replaced. No beakers, plastic or otherwise in the bathroom. This hotel has gone down hill rapidly and I would not recommend it.

Room was quiet, bed comfortable, breakfast tasty, free car-parking, price was on budget. Wi-fi was good.

Fire alarms going off at 3 in the morning. Stinks of some1 smoking weed and the room stunk of drains had to keep the toilet door shut it smelt that bad. And the very loud birds chirping. Kept me awake all night after the fire alarm went off. I was late for work as result off not being able to sleep. And fell asleep in work cuz of my sleepless night. Might not stay there again cuz of this, could of cost me my job

on google first page said free breakfast but there is no free breakfast ,booked disabled room was given a family room instead,problem closing curtains as bed in front of window mucky miror not cleaned, obvious not a room for a disabled person.no shower mat ,To be honest was glad when i left,i tried companile hotel first time instead of travel lodge,i will NOT ever book a companle hotel again Very Disapointed

Fire a alarm went off in our round Tv3am in the morning due to people in the other room smoking canniabis all night! Very loud hardly slept

The smell of cannabis and loudness of inconsirate people.

Easy check in. Large room. Late check out and close to m1. Tea and coffee with take away cups. Vending machines selling food and other items you may need on travels. Friendly staff.

Uncomfortable bed. Loud-could hear banging doors and kids running up and down the hallways. Mould round the window. Table had 3 legs by bed. 2 lights didn’t work by the bed. Shower was leaky so floor ended up soaked. No extractor so bathroom misted quickly and took ages to de mist so couldn’t get ready. £9 for wifi

Night staff was nice

Changed three rooms first had a mattress that you could feel springs , second broken window handle and blood stAin on bed sheet and third they decided to just come and change the sheets . Mattresses are shocking

The mattress was amazing. I want to know what make it is. Really friendly staff great shower, just what a tired driver needed.

Nachos were horrible. Salsa was just like vinegary tomato sauce and the cream was awful. Never had hot cream before. The whole lot was heated up. Gammon was fab though.
